I've been in to see Professor Carrow yesterday, and I am happy to announce that the Charms Club has been reinstated. Meetings will resume as usual.

WARDED TO THEODORE.

Come sit with me.

Celebrating your club's reactivation?

Not quite, though if it needs a title...

You look tense.

I'm quite tired of petulant children behaving in any manner they please.

I can imagine.

You aren't going to subject the first years to those quills, are you?

I haven't decided what I'm going to do with them. I hope Lisa's chess pieces will just appear in their place and no punishment will be required. However, I'm hardly going to back down from my word, should that not be the case.

Ideally, I could allow Blaise or Draco to take over the responsibilities of Head Boy. Dealing with idiots has never been my strong suit.

Is is horrible that such threats are even necessary. This school year is hard on the younger students as it is.

You need a break. Let me read to you.

Hopefully the thief(ves) has more compassion for them than I do. It's not an ideal situation, but frankly, it's no skin off my nose in the end.

I suppose I do and you have a lovely voice. Of course, I accept.

Just... please don't be unnecessarily cruel. You're better than that.

Do you have any specific requests?

It's not a matter of being better anymore. It's results. The school being in such disarray eventually reflects on me. Do you think that bodes well with those in charge? My hand is being forced, both by those in charge and those who continue to fight against them.

No. I'll be happy with anything you chose.

All right. I'll be on my way.

Don't be. You aren't responsible for any of the debauchery going on.

I as well.

Thank you.

Will the Head Boy be observing these meetings still, or will your presence be enough?

His presence is not required, though he may attend meetings as he sees fit. As he is neither a member nor particularly interested in Charms, however, I doubt that this will be a regular occurence.

All right. I'm asking because I have some friends who are interested in the Patronus charm, but who might be put off attending by his being there.

Be civil, Molly, be civil Has an agenda been developed yet of what sort of charms we may work on in the future?

I am unable to comment further on the Head Boy's schedule, but they are welcome to join us regardless.

Focus will remain on the Patronus Charm for now, but I have spoken to Professor Flitwick about the possibility of learning basic Healing Charms as those aren't typically included in the curriculum.

I'll let them know. If he shows up, they can just observe or something. I don't think any of us have been close to a corporeal Patronus anyway.

That ugh sounds like a really good idea. I can't see many members protesting, but if you do need a show of hands then I would support that initiative.

It is a difficult charm to manage even for adult wizards, so I would not be too discouraged.

It's appreciated.

To be honest I could do without the added pressure, but it wouldn't be fair on the other members, especially now we are working on some potentially useful charms.

What sort of spells? Charms isn't my best subject, but I could probably help with some of the younger years.

That's very sweet, but I'm not sure if you'd be allowed to since you're not technically a member.
